Where to find your schedule link

Almost every youth sports app and school website provides a private calendar link. Here is where to look.

SportsEngine

Used for youth soccer, basketball, hockey, and gymnastics

  1. Log into your team portal on the web at app.sportsengine.com (it's easiest from a computer or mobile browser).
  2. Navigate to your child's Team Schedule.
  3. Look near the top-right corner of the schedule for the Calendar Sync button or iCal icon.
  4. Right-click (or long-press on mobile) and select Copy Link Address.

TeamSnap

Used for Little League baseball, softball, soccer, and lacrosse

  1. Log into your account at go.teamsnap.com.
  2. Click your team name, then open the Schedule tab.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the schedule and click Subscribe / Export.
  4. Copy the URL under Subscribe to Full Calendar.

School District Calendars

Keep track of teacher workdays, half days, holidays, and school breaks

Most school districts use platforms like Finalsite, Blackboard, or SchoolMint that include an iCal feed for school closures and bell schedules:

  1. Visit your school district's main Calendar page.
  2. Look for a button labeled Subscribe, Export, or an orange RSS/Broadcast icon.
  3. Select iCal / Outlook Feed and copy the link.
